Refund Policy

At Nikk Nelson Beauty we take pride in providing high-quality services and a professional experience. Because hair services are customized and time is reserved specifically for you, all service payments and deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits & Payments
  • Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service total.

  • If you pre-pay for a service, that payment is non-refundable once the appointment has been booked.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • If you need to reschedule, please do so within the timeframe listed in our booking system.

  • Reschedules are subject to availability and may require a new deposit depending on notice provided and salon policy.

Satisfaction Policy

If you are unhappy with your service, please notify your stylist before leaving the salon so we can address concerns in real time. If an adjustment is needed:

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • Adjustments are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must align with the original service booked.

  • No refunds are issued for services, but we may offer an adjustment appointment when appropriate.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals
  • No-shows and late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit and may require full payment to rebook.

  • Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled if we are unable to complete the service within the remaining appointment time.

Retail Products & Gift Cards
  • Unused, unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days (with receipt). Opened/used items are not eligible due to hygiene and safety standards.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
